  My wife and I purchased a leaky and minimally insulated older home and knew we needed to upgrade our insulation and have some air-sealing done. As a former home inspector who has also taken BPI/RESNET (weatherization) classes myself, I knew exactly what I was looking for in a weatherization/insulation company, and Energy Smart was it! From my initial inquiry to follow-up after the job, Jon and his team at Energy Smart took the time to do things right and provided both before and after blower door tests to analyze the performance and effectiveness of their work. Sure, insulation and weatherization aren't the prettiest or most glamorous home improvements one can make, but seeing our utility bills drop looks pretty great to me!
